Fifteen years at Amazon Prime Video, most recently as site leader for Prime Video Web in London: around 60 engineers across five teams and five managers. Full-stack ownership, from browser to backend services, for a service with over 200 million monthly viewers worldwide. Operating models that took every team's operational ticket backlog from 50+ to under ten and held it there. The client side of live NFL streaming delivered to a broadcast date that could not move. Two full platform rewrites shipped without dropping delivery.
